How this enquiry service uses your contact and massage request details to seek a therapist, and how to ask for access, correction or deletion.
Yes Right Pty Ltd (ABN 91 664 546 061) operates this website and handles the enquiries submitted through it. Contact peter@yesai.au with a privacy question or request.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, phone number, email address, suburb and message you type. Website and security services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and spam checks. This site does not have a phone number, so no calls are recorded.
Health information in your message
Your message may include health details, such as a pregnancy, an injury or a medical condition, if you choose to add them. You do not need to include health information in the form. You can give it directly to the therapist when they contact you instead. If you do include it, we use it only to pass your enquiry to the therapist so they can decide whether the massage is suitable. Do not include Medicare or health fund numbers, passwords, gate codes or payment details.
How we use and share it
We use your details to review your enquiry, contact you about it if needed, and seek a suitable independent massage therapist. We pass your contact details and your message to a therapist so they can contact you to discuss a booking. Submitting the form is a request for us to do this. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list, and we do not sell your details.
Services that process enquiries
The site uses hosting, form processing, email and security providers to operate. Some of these services may process information outside Australia.
The therapist’s handling
A therapist who receives your enquiry is responsible for how they handle your information after that, including any health notes and booking records. Ask them about their privacy practices if you need to.
Access, correction and deletion
Email peter@yesai.au to ask what enquiry information we hold, to correct a detail, or to ask for it to be deleted. We may need to confirm the request is about your own information. Some records may need to be kept for legal or business reasons, and we will explain any such limit. Tell us if you no longer want an enquiry pursued and we will stop passing it on.
